Gina: I actually started laughing at myself in those conversations. It's just like, sometimes, you know, I'll do something and be like, oh my God, you're so awesome for doing that neurotic thing. And the charge is out. I move on. She says humor twist is similar to your twist of you will say to your shadowy self therethere. "There's one final question we have to always ask everyone," she adds.

We were so incredibly honoured to sit down with Danielle LaPorte in our shared hometown to talk about the ego, living a heart centred life, and ultimately ask, "When is enough self improvement enough?" Danielle is the real deal, no BS, wise and spiritual down to earth guide we have looked up to for years; and finally, she brings her presence and wisdom to the pod.
