The Return of the Owls

Chris was convinced that this hooting was a kind of communication. Chris had begun selling off their possessions one by one to make ends meet because he was still out of work. The owls showed up hooting and hooting all night long every night,. preventing anyone from getting a good night's rest for the remainder of the winter.
