I feel like some of these policies would be kind of regressive. If it's 2035 and you're a poor person and your car breaks down, EVs usually cost $10,000 to $15,000 more new, finding a used car. And I guess for me, a policy like we're going to ban new gas cars after 2035. How do you do that? That seems impossible. But personal transportation is a pretty crucial factor when it comes to carbon emissions. You can't just, today this wouldn't work. The infrastructure has to reach that point.
