I Would Prefer a Good People Manager Over a Pixle Expert
We talked about whether a manager should be a designer or not. Linke: It depends on the need of the team, but what is the team producing? Does the team work together already? Is the culture good already? If that's the case, then you can probably get away with an icy person. Tmi feel like i'm being even more selfish and not even worrying about the team. But if the team is in disarray and people are not getting along and the culture is bad, like you definitly want a peeple expert.
