How to Create a Marketplace for Plugins

I made it specifically through the command bar many apps have this kind of quick list and command or spotlight similar thing. What I'm adding there is just a way to access commands like if you want to move a note to another folder,. You can, for example, use then the command bar and access a plugin to move it. At first, I want to give the option in general to do these kind of things and people will share it on different forums we have. And then later I will add more and more as I will check how popular these things are. So, when do you plan this? This year already?
