What's the Difference Between Surgical and Technical Skills?

A lot of times you did a few technical skills while in the simulator, but a lot of times it really was more training crisis resource management and skill training. We spend a lot of time in the simulator trading for things that can happen under anesthesia that are particular to anesthesia, but that are very rare. So I found that I actually really enjoyed that part of simulation and getting to practice those skills in an environment where obviously the risk was low,. But they translate so well into real life. Do your kids know closed loop communication? I wish I failed. That's what I thought.
