CNN's Shannon Watts visited a refugee camp in Israel. She met refugees who were suffering from post romatic stress and other mental health issues. One of them said he would take ten thousand israeli shackles to make his problems go away, if it meant taking this mindfulness training. It was the first time that anyone had ever taught her how she could help herself.
