I think like all of people, I find it sometimes hard to follow my own advice. And I know I in particular struggle with the effortful before effortless. When you get really tired, it's just like, you know, you don't want to do anything. Sometimes what thought, what I thought would be fun felt like just one more thing to do. You know, we have this time in front of us that we then have to allocate to the various different things that we wish to allocate it to and we're always trying to make choices on that. Like, that's one thing we definitely know about time. Time, as it moves on, things change.
