Race and the Bureaucracy
Race wasn't really all that new, the kernels of it definitely existed beforehand. But bureaucracy was somewhat new, although it too borrowed from older elements of european society. So these concerns were there before the bureaucracy came into existence. And domax wevers obviously came after the bureaucracy, but in any case, people had concerns about it. Every nation wasn't viewed as being a thing in itself or an identity in themselves. They were scenes seen as a means to an end, not an end in themselves. Which would also explain, i think, in a lot of this, weare getting a lot a i think our rent is very much a contian.
