The Challenges of Fairness in Supervised Learning

Hierarchial tering is inherently a little bit of a different problem compared to acamines, which would be technically called a flat clustering algarthm. And one could think about hierarcal clustering as essentially a hierarchy of clusters themselves. So i guess in our paper, what we wanted to look at was, can we develop an algarism that builds on top of the more traditional herarco clustering algars?
