I teach a lot about the connections between the restaurant and e sof the world. i've studied beginning farmers and organic farming standards. Also done some work on farming and foraging and food and security in the zambi genre. And more recently, i've been really interested in thinking about what shafts do, and why they do m the things that they that they do.
