Wen: I think it's like a case of where the thing that's acceptable, like legal, is more scandalous than the illegal behavior. Wen: There are some proposals out there that would firm up the rules about how far in advance you need to telegraph these sales or purchases and that kind of thing. The argument sort of against taking any of this seriously is just, this is how it is. There's no better solution.
