Judges: Samson lost both his physical strength and his spiritual strength because he violated his covenante. Judges finishes with saying a couple of times, in those days, there was no king. Every man did that which was right in his own eyes. There's very little humility if you maybe put samson next to gideon,. who needs reassurance. Gideon seems to need zero reassurance. He just, he runs his own show.
