The Power of Mindfulness

The paradox between daydreaming and mindfulness that i didn't realize could be solved. The return to the breath is a concentration practice you know intrinsically. We can focus mindfully on our daydreams but not decouple attention from inner stream of consciousness. Thought does seem to be the enemy for quite some time because it is the thing that is pulling you away or seems to be pulling you away from the practice.
