The Challenge With Over Specialization of Youth Athletes

In his fourth episode of the podcast series, i had a former colleague of mine who was a majorly baseball player. He's kind of carrying a banner about over specialization of youth athletes. And tis that i challenged him in the fourth episode was, it's not going away, so what can we do with it better? So there's got to be this growth of specialization.
