If you could give me someone's grit score or look into their grit window, like that's who you want to accept into your school. I do think that there are these like unintended consequences of the sorts of things that get measured with precision for things like college admissions. There's so much fear of failure because you need perfection on your transcript. Then how did you do when it didn't go right? How's this going to ever fix itself?
