The Overrushing Concept of the Self Help Book

i'm riting a whole book call build in detroit. And the reason why i'm going somewhere because it's just so much stuff, just i met, it's all alach together. There's so much to unpack here. I believe that we should do away if the concept of owning anxiety. We're ultra polarized about haingi don't feel firm yet. All says, then you're against us. So we need some type of intersectional book that speaks to the self and society simultaneously.
