China has had nuclear weapons since the sixties October 16th, 1964. They tested their first atomic device early on in China's nuclear history. Mao Zedong described them famously as a paper tiger. And they learned a lot of lessons from other people's wars,. like especially the Gulf War in 1991. The next 15 years, China's going to go ham and build like 1000 new weapons.
