How do we know how a culture really is toxic or if people are being maybe a little bit sensitive? What is allowed and what isn't? We'll then be talking about the signs of a toxic culture. And most importantly, a nice chunky part at the end of this episode is what leaders can do to not only prevent toxic workplace cultures, but to fix them.

No one sets out to build a toxic workplace culture, yet 2 out of 3 employees have experiences toxic workplaces. What’s worse, 44% of employees blame leadership.

As leaders, it’s more important than ever that we know how to spot, and stop, toxic workplace culture, and create healthy work environments in which people and businesses thrive.
