Can We Just Use a Noster for Both 12?

I was listening to some of the, the pod with Jeff and Val yesterday. The cash app does not have lightning address support. Can we do instead of onion messages? Can we just use a noster for both 12? I'd say noster all the things, but I think cutting a message probably makes more sense. Nobody can do dossier on tour. They can just dust the entire tour network and take that.
