G.R. Daily: I feel like chocolate companies are just like the unofficial sponsor of all psychology research. We were running down, many more participants than we thought, because everyone wanted these chocolates. It was in San Francisco, and there was a girdely thing downstairs, and we were just running down and getting bags and things. So four chocolate squares cost us about a dollar, so we were getting high level participants for a dollar, basically. The ethicists themselves split about equally between better and same, and very few of the ethicists said worse.
