CHAPTER

The Psychology of Lucky Girl Syndrome

The power of Lucky Girl Syndrome is that it retrains our brain into adopting a more positive mindset. This can be explained by the psychological concept of self-fulfilling prophecies otherwise known as the Pygmalion Effect. It's basically a belief or an expectation that an individual holds about something in the future that manifests purely because the individual believes it and therefore it impacts their actions. For example, believing that I will be rich will make you rich and you attract what you desire and what you put out into the universe.
