Are Meetings an Effective Solution?

A lot f of time, meetings are suggested as a solution to that problem. We have all these meetings in our company where there sentially like cross functional or the're within a team and we talk about higher level challenges. But i would not combine that inadvertently with every random meeting that you have. I think at the end of the day, meetings can play a role. There's multiple tools you want to have in your tool box,. You need to have conversation around the needs and what we're trying to accomplish.
