The weighted average cost of capital matters a hugely in the overall price that people pay for renewable electricity because it's mostly a capital cost business. So what we see there is so now we have the ability to update our baseline information on risk free rates and new cost of capital which takes into account rising cost. And it's particularly timely obviously because inflation is just you know come in and kick our butts in the last 18 months.
