Getting a Ted Talk - I'm a High Status Bird

High status birds don't have to go into the fight to prove themselves. Nat's intellectual humility is a good thing. But i'm not sure it's advice that i can glibly give to my first year graduate students. It's got to be better to admit when we're wrong, see the other side of an opinion or an issue. That's the privilege of a high status bird.
