I fight for my users by framing their requests in terms of all their needs. I call it thinking Aaron Sorkin says that. So, a user saying, oh, I find this difficult to use or I wouldn't use this thing is only a step in the right direction to fixing and dealing with that problem. It's something that's so loud that businesses can't say no.
