I think it's important to pick good training partners. If you only roll with the guys who are smaller, weaker than you, then you know, sure, you may get like a small ego boost and tap in some smaller guys. But keep yourself honest with your training and pick the right training partners. I got into Jiu Jitsu at 23 years old,. And now I'm 30. So that was my progression with grappling. For me, that's actually pretty much when I started, I did Jiu Jitsu and turned 21 like a month or two after. That might be the year I got my pro card in natural bodybuilding.
