The DBA Is Going Away From the DBA, Right?

The DBA is going away. Programmers create their own databases. We're moving away from that toward the programmer being able to run everything themselves because you want it to be as much like the production environment as possible. That's an interesting thought experiment, though. They mentioned types. I think they don't mean types. They mean more like data structures, but I'll permit it.
