It was just a double whammy. It was two really horrible things happening at the same time. Did you feel extra isolated? Do you think? Um, yeah, I I do think so Mostly like covid was definitely the reason for that but um I I think if if covid wasn't happening at that time, I probably would have Spent a lot more time with friends and family just to help me get through that part.
