Foreign Aid - Is That a Problem?

Cameron was instrumental in writing the last Tory manifesto. He's a new sort of lovely conservative you see he's trying to get as far away from Thatcher's legacy as he can. Cameron said we will preserve international aid why are we giving any foreign aid at all charity begins at home and that money should come back here and be used here.
