The Transparency of the Boarding Process

I love the transparency piece, because there's lot of cultures that would talk about that. There's something about you gys making that so public that it's very valuable. I mean, i must say, even internally, it was bold, and not everybody agreed with it,. To mean, it should be fought over, right? Ye. So we've learned a whole lot in season one. We've done this once where we're actively choosing to sign up for another one. And we can change, we want to change, with the knowledge we have now.
