How to Be a Successful Founder

As a founder do you see yourself as the product guy or the sales guys? And what were some of your like top three learnings in this journey of building and truck. Things which you realize that you needed to change in yourself. Yeah I think first was letting it go right that you can't do everything themselves, hence how so passionate you are about something. You have to have people who do it better than you. Third thing which I learned is that staying through that time is a crazy variable.
