Radhika: Empathy is like the actions of understanding or being sensitive about the feelings and the experience of others. Radhika: In my opinion, building empathy is something which is of paramount importance for user center design. She says it has to be at an emotional level as well so you have to set aside your assumptions on what your users might need.
