It takes a very sophisticated public to say that there's real disagreement among epidemiologists and statisticians and scientists. I mean, hard to imagine that in real life, very many actual people have such a world sophisticated conception of the value of this kind of disagreement. So the alternative that you're proposing is, well, do it behind closed doors,. Have a more stream line process, or at least under emergency conditions, have a more stream lines process.
