i think that one of the other things that the county needs to do right is a, using the loing pulpit and all the levers that we have right at increase union density. The deal, not just on the travis county side, but with almost every antity that negotiate with, is, frankly, critic a criminal. And like piing ne to do a deep dive in that, to break it down people,  it's quite shocking.
