"It's really easy to sit down and study for eight hours but not actually study because there are just so many distractions you really have to turn everything off I use forest which is quite a good app for keeping you on task we do need to get a lot of practice in math," he says. "We better practice it during sleep as that's whenSleep time is when the brain calms down and it can kind of clear and make connections more easily."
