What's Going on in the Crypto Industry?
In March, President Biden put on an executive order that essentially directed agencies under his direction to figure out their crypto strategy. The SEC and the CFTC, and even a little bit to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Fed, have been doing a lot of their own analysis on the crypto industry. And so there's all these different pieces of the puzzle that's been going on and the industry just doesn't know how to react to it. It's actually very frustrating, I think, for the industry to be able to prepare.
