This post is from almost 14 years ago. But I think opinions are still relevant like this. The monarchy is neutral, which is a good thing. Imagine if you had a leader like a king or queen who was really like right-wing or left-wing and they were really biased in their politics that could be bad. People don't think about it that deeply. It's not like I don't care in a disrespectful way.
