The Quest for Mindfulness and Authenticity

A lot of, you know, founding teams that are group of engineers, some have managed people. In some cases, they've never even managed people. So I think those things to me are the real reasons why companies succeed or fail actually. Technology is a means to an end, but how do you get people to come together and work together? Then there's no finger pointing and so on.
