The Importance of Past Salvation

Past salvation, Paul says, is the absolute guarantee of our future salvation. God chose you as the first fruits to be saved through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth. The word of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to those who're being saved, it's power of God.
