What's the Point of the Special Master's Order?
Trump has insinuated that executive privilege and or attorney client privilege applies to some of the documents. That's the basis for the relief that was set forth in Judge Cannon's order. The evaluation proceeds concurrently with the substantive review of the document. So even if they raise a ton of objections, that doesn't push out the dates any at all.
