Is There Value in Iterative Agile Improvements in Data Product Management?

In sport and as a personal train, you're always looking for very small iterative improvements. You can get quite big gains early on because there's so much to change. Not everyone is on the kind of mindset of data product management or treating products, data as products in that way. But I think there's some value in focusing on the outcome value on iteration.
