The Importance of Artificial Reproductive Technologies

If IVF can sometimes be unethical, do you believe that it should be illegal? I think that children's right to life and right to their mother and father and right to be born free and not bought and sold shouldn't be violated. You still are going to deal with the increased psychological risks, physical risks that go along with artificial reproductive technologies. That's something we're still learning about. But that scenario that I just put out there for you, that pro-life scenario virtually doesn't exist. It is too cost prohibitive.
