How Do You Feel When You've Created a Business?
Pooja is responsible for creating policies and procedures, documenting everything. The staff learned to work together how to optimize their skill sets rather than doing something they weren't very good at. And so there was so much thought when into it and Pooja was really responsible for that. She's blessing a little bit. I have to tell you, first of all, we are a part of a legacy, you see. We were given the root system by Buck E. Fuller, John Denver and Tom Crum but they hadn't committed to taking it out into the world or making, creating a business. At that point, it was still a nonprofit. They were still involved in research and development
