The Theory of Change in Teaching and Learning

i knew that something fundamentally needed to change in teaching, not just with my students in my class room, but with my own children as well. So i did the free course over the summer, and then our district joined the mentorship programme in the fall. And so some of us went through that in the fall, and i just o from there. Amazing. Think one of the coolest things teachers s that you all are continuous learners. I was too. It's like one of my favorite things about the profession, its that you just can't perfect it. Like, it's literally impossible.
