How Do You Structure a Persuasive Argument?
I wanted to go through the process of how you structure a persuasive argument. For example, one of things that i tryd to discuss early in the book is creating context before detail into an issue. And until the judge knows that larger legal and factual context, a lot of the facts a loted the procedureof details, are going to go in for one of a better way to say it. I think ot largely, all of that turns on the degree of clarity in what you're communicating. But just some of these basic methods creating context, using effective headings, using topic sentences effectively can be very helpful.
