The Ghost of White Horse

I like it when in my life the ghost is a metaphor, but on the page, it's real. It makes me want to think like, there's a way that we could go back and retrospectively read like silco's ceremony and almanac of the dead as indigenous horror. I'm somebody who moved to Colorado in 2009 for the job. And you know, so now I've been here for about 14 years and I feel like, wow, if I'd read this book, you know, even five years ago, I would be less able to be like, oh, I really feel it on this kind of visceral, place-based level.
