How Many Days a Week Is It?
It will be around the morning rush hour for about 45 minutes and it will always be eastbound. I'm wondering, could this be sort of the opposite of LA where driving is encouraged? Maybe they're trying to convince people to use public transport. By making it a little bit harder to go both ways, maybe they're encouraging people to take alternate routes that do not involve a car with the goal of reducing traffic over time.
