A lot of the amenities in Airbnb properties are designed to make them stand out. David added a pickleball court, mini golf course and cowboy pool at his Florida property. He's also adding an off market house in Panama City Beach that doesn't have a pool because it is on septic soil. And then he has converted one garage into a game room with solar lighting for nightlife.

Most people take YEARS to buy their first rental property, but most people aren’t Jenni Vega.
