Is Low Tax the Answer to Low Growth?

Businesses need food infrastructure in terms of roads, transport and digital. They also need a stable tax environment with an attractive non-domestic rates regime. These are the three things that businesses need to prosper. I would call it obviously fear tax, not low tax because at the moment it's low growth that is driving sort of erratic tax decisions.
